Last season, Burton returned to the Kings, but only earned 16 appearances and averaged just 2.5 minutes per game. In the Kings' rotation, Burton could only play a marginal role.
In the new season, Burton will once again fight to get back into the Kings' rotation. He will need to show his strength in training camp to gain the head coach's approval.
